今天的三五七，很轻松的跑了十圈，呵呵，锻炼还是有效果的，要为可能参加的科学考察准备一下。不过目前很惨的一点就是右小臂上有两块肌肉，左边除了骨头就是皮……很不协调的。
要努力一下，不然可能还不让我去呢……
