怎么说呢，看了些书，觉得这几个问题中的一些并不是很棘手。所以想先试试看解决一部分。首先开始，试着理解.xyz和.mop文件格式……至于两者之间的转换，应该可以通过一个转换矩阵实现。
不过看了看师兄给的数据，那个分子纯粹是一堆碳原子的无序堆积……sigh~
